We are a small nonprofit 501c3 dog rescue specializing in Cairns, Norwich, Scotties, and Yorkshire Terriers. We may also have other small breeds when one needs a place in rescue. Our dogs live with a foster family in their home and are treated with love and kindness just like they're a regular member of the family. Some of our dogs may be retired breeding dogs, surrendered by families who could no longer care for them, or from shelters. All of our dogs will receive the full veterinary care they need to get them healthy and happy, including vaccinations, spays/neuters, heart worm testing/monthly preventative, regular worming, dental care, and any other testing/treatment needed during the course of their time in our rescue. We are committed to caring for the dog for as long as it takes to find it the right home.

This is Bongo, a Norwich Terrier that was very dear to us. He was a very sweet boy that had Epilepsy and left us in July 2014. We have chosen him to be our namesake for our rescue. We obtained our MO Certificate of Incorporation in January of 2016 and our approval to operate as a not for profit 501c3 February 16.2016. We have been volunteering in dog rescue since 2007 with a number of groups and have seen the need to start this rescue to help even more dogs find a safe haven while waiting for their Forever Families to find them. Please check out our dogs needing homes. If you are unable to adopt at this time, maybe you would be able to help us by volunteering in some capacity or by making a donation to support the dogs.

Check out our Bongo's Buddies Boutique Group on Facebook to continue supporting the rescue between auctions!
